Five vehicles, including a white Subaru, a red SUV, and a black Nissan, were involved in the collision.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to Kaiser Permanente Ontario Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
