Man Dies in Citrus Heights Crash on Auburn Boulevard near Manzanita Avenue
Citrus Heights, CA.- A man was killed in a pedestrian crash in Citrus Heights on Wednesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place on Auburn Boulevard near Manzanita Avenue shortly before 8 p.m. September 25.
The CHP said the pedestrian was running across the roadway when he was hit by a vehicle.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
He was only identified as a man in his 60s.
No further details were released.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
