Hannah Fetters and Julie Skeen ID’d as Victims Killed in Portland Multi-Car Accident at Powell Boulevard and 63rd Avenue

Portland, Oregon (July 23, 2023) – Authorities have identified 18-year-old twins Hannah E. Fetters and Grace I. Fetters and Julie D. Skeen as victims killed in a Portland accident Thursday night.
The fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred at Southeast Powell Boulevard near Southeast 63rd Avenue at around 9:34 p.m. July 20, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
A 2015 BMW was racing a 2005 Subaru Impreza eastbound on Powell Boulevard when it crashed into a 2004 Lexus that was turning onto Powell Boulevard.
The twins Hannah and Grace, occupants in the BMW, were pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Skeen, who was behind the wheel of the Lexus, was rushed by ambulance to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she died while receiving treatment.
The fourth party remained at the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the deadly accident is underway.
