Driver Hospitalized after Vacaville Car Accident on Interstate 80 near Leisure Town Road Off-Ramp
Vacaville, CA: 1 Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 80
Vacaville, California (April 22, 2022) – One person was hurt in a
two-vehicle accident that happened Friday morning in Vacaville, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred at around 4:43 a.m. on westbound Interstate 80, just west of the Leisure Town Road off-ramp.
A silver Lexus sedan collided with another car under unclear circumstances. The sedan went about 60 feet off the roadway down into a creek.
One of the drivers was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
