One Killed in Moreno Valley Accident on 60 Freeway
Moreno Valley, California (April 14, 2022) – One person was killed in a traffic collision that happened in Moreno Valley on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on the 60 Freeway at around 11:15 a.m. April 12.
According to the report, a Spectrum Construction Company employee was on the side of the freeway when a 2016 Hyundai Sonata swerved to the side of the freeway and collided with the worker.
The accident happened east of Moreno Beach Drive.
The worker was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities closed the westbound lanes of the freeway for the investigation.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
