Lesley Adams Killed in San Luis Obispo Crash on Broad Street and Woodbridge Street
San Luis Obispo, California (September 5, 2021) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in San Luis Obispo on Saturday evening, according to authorities.
The cash happened at Broad Street and Woodbridge Street near The Cucini Kitchens & Baths at around 8:20 p.m. September 4.
Authorities said Lesley Adams, 48, was trying to cross Broad Street at the intersection when she was hit by a vehicle traveling north.

Adams was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene after the accident.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to be factors in the crash.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department is investigating the incident.
