1 Injured in Two-Vehicle Wreck on 80 Freeway near Leisure Town Road Off-Ramp in Vacaville
Vacaville, California (December 4, 2022) – One person was severely hurt in a two-vehicle collision that took place Saturday night in Vacaville, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported at about 8:32 p.m. on the eastbound 80 Freeway, just east of the Leisure Town Road off-ramp.
CHP said a Dodge Ram pickup truck collided with a BMW for unknown reasons. The pickup truck went about 30 feet off the roadway into a ditch.
First responders found one person with severe injuries. The patient was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Both vehicles were towed away with crash damage.
CHP is investigating the incident.
