Pleasanton, California (February 14, 2022) – A diver and their passenger were critically injured in a two-vehicle collision in Pleasanton, according to Pleasanton police.

The crash happened just after 7:00 a.m. in the area of Hopyard Road and Clorox Way.

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Hopyard Road and Clorox Way under unclear circumstances.

Pleasanton 2-Car Crash

The driver of one of the vehicles and their passenger were taken to Eden Hospital in critical condition.

The other driver, who was uninjured, stopped at the scene to cooperate with the police.

It is still unclear if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision, which remains under investigation.
