Los Angeles, CA – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday night on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The incident happened around 11:53 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the 110 Freeway just north of Exposition Boulevard.

Three vehicles, including a gray sedan, were involved in the collisions.

Los Angeles firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.

At least one person died from injuries suffered in the accident.

Several other parties sustained unspecified injuries.

All southbound lanes of the freeway were blocked for an unknown period following the crash.
