1 Seriously Injured in Fallbrook Crash on East Mission Road near Vía Zancas
Fallbrook, CA: Major Injury Collision on East Mission Road
Fallbrook, California (January 11, 2022) – One person sustained serious injuries following a car crash that happened Monday evening in Fallbrook, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The major injury collision happened at around 5:30 p.m. Monday, January 10 in the 2515 block of East Mission Road.
According to the CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on East Mission Road near Vía Zancas. The impact caused one of the vehicles to catch fire.
2-Car Crash on East Mission Road in Fallbrook
One person was taken to a nearby hospital with major injuries. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
A stretch of East Mission Road was blocked due to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
