Donna Almendrala Hurt in Sebastopol Accident on Burnside RoadÂ
Sebastopol, California (January 27, 2023) – Donna Almendrala, 36, of Sebastopol, was injured in a crash on Thursday morning near Sebastopol, according to the authorities.Â
The incident happened on Burnside Road north of Bloomfield Road on Thursday, January 26.
Authorities said Almendrala was walking southbound along Burnside Road holding her baby when she was sideswiped by a southbound truck driven by Scott Gibbs, 55, of Sebastopol.
Almendrala sustained minor to moderate injuries while her baby had minor injuries.
Gibbs was not injured and stayed at the scene after the crash.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected in the incident. An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
