Vallejo, CA – 1 Person Hospitalized after Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 80 near Georgia Street Off-Ramp

According to California Highway Patrol logs, the incident took place around 3:04 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 80, just west of the Georgia Street off-ramp.

Vallejo, CA – One person was sent to the hospital with moderate injuries after a motorcycle accident that happened Thursday afternoon in Vallejo.

According to California Highway Patrol logs, the incident took place around 3:04 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 80, just west of the Georgia Street off-ramp.

A motorcycle and at least one car were involved in the collision.

The rider was lying down in the center divider, and the bike and several vehicles were blocking the No. 1 lane.

Vallejo firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital with moderate injuries, including bleeding to the face.

All westbound lanes of I-80 were temporarily blocked for investigation.
