Sun Village, CA – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle in the Sun Village area on Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Preliminary reports by the CHP indicate that a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the area. It’s unclear how the victim was hit.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and the pedestrian was taken to Antelope Valley Medical Center in Lancaster.
