Santa Rosa, CA – One person was sent to the hospital after a traffic collision involving a box truck that happened Tuesday morning in Santa Rosa, authorities reported.

The incident was reported around 11:37 a.m. on October 3, 2026, on northbound Highway 101 near 3rd Street.

Authorities responded to the area after receiving reports of the crash and found a white box truck and a gray vehicle involved in a crash.

At least one occupant in the white car sustained minor injuries, including the complaint of pain to the back. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital.

CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
