Sandra Pantages Identified as Woman Killed in Santa Clara County Accident on Highway 152 near Lovers Lane
Santa Clara County, California (August 4, 2021) – Sandra Pantages, 60, of San Jose has been identified as the woman who was killed in a car crash on Highway 152 in Santa Clara County on Saturday morning, according to the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner's Office.
The incident happened at around 11:15 a.m. July 31, on Highway 152, just west of Lovers Lane.
CHP said a 2015 Chrysler 200 traveling westbound on Highway 152 made a left turn and drifted across the double yellow lines, colliding with an oncoming 2009 Honda Fit.
Sandra Pantages Killed in Santa Clara County Crash
Pantages was a passenger in the Honda and died following the accident.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries and the driver of the Honda was taken to hospital for treatment.
Authorities do not believe intoxication played a role in the crash.
The CHP is handling the investigation.
