Minor Injuries Sustained in San Jose Collision on 280 Freeway near Highway 87
San Jose, California (August 3, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury collision that happened Monday afternoon on 280 Freeway in San Jose.
The incident happened at around 4:24 p.m. in the southbound lanes near Highway 87.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two sedans collided for unknown reasons.
Minor injuries were sustained in the accident. Paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims.
Both sedans were towed away with crash damage.
The cause of the collision was not yet determined at the time of the report, but CHP is investigating.
