Sacramento County, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Crash at Fulton and El Camino Avenues

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 7:15 p.m. at Fulton Avenue and El Camino Avenue, just in front of Chevron.

Sacramento County, CA – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened Thursday evening at an intersection in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 7:15 p.m. at Fulton Avenue and El Camino Avenue, just in front of Chevron.

A white Toyota sedan and a motorcycle were involved in the collision.

The rider sustained major injuries, including an open wound on the arm. Paramedics transported the victim to Mercy San Juan Medical Center for treatment.

A witness told officers that the vehicle that hit the motorcyclist may have run the red light.

Authorities are investigating the collision.
