Minor Injuries Sustained in Sacramento Motorcycle Accident on Highway 50 near Watt Avenue On-Ramp
Sacramento, CA: Motorcycle Crash on Highway 50 and Watt Avenue
Sacramento, California (March 1, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury motorcycle accident that happened Monday night in Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at around 9:50 p.m. on eastbound Highway 50 near the Watt Avenue on-ramp.
A motorcycle collided with at least one car, possibly a blue Dodge Journey, for unknown reasons.
The rider and the motorcycle were blocking the No. 1 lane after the collision.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.
As per the report, minor injuries were sustained in the crash. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
