1 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on Highway 50 near Zinfandel Drive
Sacramento, California (September 10, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a car accident that occurred in East Sacramento on Friday morning.
The accident happened along the westbound lanes of Highway 50 near Zinfandel Drive at about 4:08 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol said multiple vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
A woman in one of the cars was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
