Poway, CA – 3 People Injured after Car Crashes into North Park Produce Store

According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, a BMW crashed through the front window of the North Park Produce store near the cash registers.

Poway, CA – Three people were injured when a car slammed into the North Park Produce Store in Poway Saturday afternoon, authorities reported.

The incident took place around 4 p.m. on September 5, 2026, in the 12342 block of Poway Road.

According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, a BMW crashed through the front window of the North Park Produce store near the cash registers.

Three people, including at least one store employee, were injured in the crash.

The driver stayed at the scene after the collision.

The store was evacuated, and an engineer was sent to assess the structure.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
