Sylmar, CA. – A truck driver was possibly injured Tuesday morning in a rollover crash that caused a chemical spill on a Freeway in Sylmar, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The incident happened around 11:12 a.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway near Roxford Street. The truck, carrying pool chemicals, overturned and spilled hazardous materials onto the roadway.
The truck driver was possibly injured, but refused medical transportation.
Firefighters and Hazmat personnel contained the spill.
Traffic was temporarily affected as cleanup crews worked at the scene.
