Snohomish, WA.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Snohomish on Tuesday morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident happened on US 2 near 88th Street at about 6 a.m.
A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle on the highway under unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian died in the accident.
Both sides of US 2 were shut down following the collision.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
