West Covina, CA.- A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle in West Covina on Tuesday afternoon, according to the West Covina Police Department.
The incident took place on Vincent Avenue near I-10 Freeway at about 1:21 p.m. January 21.
The pedestrian was reportedly trying to walk across Vincent Avenue when he was hit by a northbound vehicle.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The involved driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
