Vallejo, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened Sunday evening in Vallejo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred around 6:07 p.m. on the eastbound Highway 37 off-ramp to Auto Mall Parkway.
A white Toyota Sequoia and another car were involved in the crash.
An 8-year-old child in one of the cars was hurt, as per the report.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and took one person to the hospital for precaution. It was unclear if the patient who was transported was the child or a different party.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
