Folsom, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that took place Tuesday afternoon in Folsom, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident transpired around 5:25 p.m. on the westbound Highway 50, just east of East Bidwell Street.
According to CHP, four vehicles were involved in the accident.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and evaluated the motorists for minor injuries. One person was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
