Preliminary reports indicate that a man was riding a e-bike on a curved section of Hancock Street when he got into an accident with a truck towing a boat in a trailer.

Newberg, OR – A man was killed in a collision while riding on an e-bike in Newberg on Sunday evening, according to the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.
The accident was reported at around 5:15 p.m. June 21, on Hancock Street near Harrison Street.
Preliminary reports indicate that a man was riding a e-bike on a curved section of Hancock Street when he got into an accident with a truck towing a boat in a trailer.
According to the Newberg-Dundee police, the e-bike rider was declared deceased at the scene. Authorities identified the victim as Paul Rosciolelli, 68, of Dundee.
The driver of the truck reportedly stayed at the scene after the accident and was cooperative with law enforcement.
Police reported that driving under the influence was not suspected to have played any role in the collision and no arrests were made.
The Newberg-Dundee Police Department is conducting an investigation to establish the exact circumstances of the collision.
