Two people were airlifted to a hospital in Las Vegas in unknown condition.
Needles, CA. – One person was killed in a car crash on Friday afternoon in Needles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash happened around 3:47 p.m. on Needles Highway near Capri Road.
First responders from San Bernardino County Fire were dispatched to the scene of a collision involving a black sedan and a white pickup.
According to authorities, the driver of the black sedan was driving reckless prior to the collision. Both vehicles caught fire after the collision.
One person was killed in the accident.
Two medical helicopters to responded to the scene and airlifted two people to a hospital in Las Vegas in unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
