Mountain View, CA – A motorcyclist was hurt in a traffic collision that happened Tuesday afternoon on State Route 85 in Mountain View.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the incident was reported around 2:57 p.m. on southbound SR-85 just north of Fremont Avenue.
A motorcycle, a white Mercedes SUV, and another vehicle were involved in the collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the No. 1 lane of the highway.
The rider was transported to the hospital with a broken tibia.
The motorcycle and the SUV were towed away with crash damage.
CHP is investigating the collision.
