According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 2:27 p.m. on southbound State Route 65 near Oakley Road.
The Wheatland Police Department and the Wheatland Fire Authority responded to the scene.
A white Toyota SUV with at least two juvenile occupants and a blue Honda CR-V occupied by a solo female driver were involved in the crash.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the collision, as per the report.
SR-65 at Oakley Road remained blocked following the crash. All lanes were reopened around 2:53 p.m.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
