Placer County, CA. – Minor injuries were reported in a car accident that happened Monday night at a construction area in Loomis, the California Highway Patrol said.

A gray sedan collided with a construction pickup truck in a construction area.
A female occupant was reportedly trapped inside the wreckage.
Firefighters responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
The report said several construction workers were in the area but did not mention if the patient was one of them.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
