3 Injured in Moreno Valley Car Crash on Cactus Avenue near Rio Hondo Drive
Riverside County, California (January 7, 2023) – Three people were hospitalized, two with major injuries, following a multi-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning in Moreno Valley.
The accident was reported around 3:05 a.m. in the area of Cactus Avenue and Rio Hondo Drive.
The Riverside County Fire Department says three vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.

One of the cars crashed into a tree, trapping one occupant, who had to be extricated by the firefighters.
Two people were seriously injured in the wreck and were transported to the hospital by ground ambulances. One other person was hospitalized with minor injuries.
