South San Francisco, CA. – At least one person sustained major injuries in a multi-vehicle accident that happened Wednesday evening in South San Francisco, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The collision was reported around 6:26 p.m. on northbound Highway 101 adjacent to the 380 Freeway.

Four vehicles, including a black Chevrolet Silverado, a green pickup truck, and a blue 2023 Honda CR-V, were involved in the crash.

At least one person was seriously injured in the accident. The patient was hospitalized in an unknown condition.

CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
