Los Angeles, CA – Woman Hospitalized after Car Collision at Whitsett Ave and Burbank Blvd

The accident took place around 12:35 p.m. in the 5600 block of North Whitsett Avenue at Burbank Boulevard.

Los Angeles, CA – A woman was sent to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon at an intersection in the Valley Village area of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

The accident took place around 12:35 p.m. in the 5600 block of North Whitsett Avenue at Burbank Boulevard.

According to LAFD, two vehicles collided at the corner, leaving a woman trapped in the wreckage.

Multiple fire trucks and ground ambulances responded to the scene.

The firefighters extricated a woman from one of the vehicles and transported her to the hospital in unknown condition.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department.
