According to the WSP, a Ford C-Max crashed into the rear of a vehicle that was slowing down for traffic ahead.

Richland, WA.- A man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Richland on Tuesday night, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident took place on Interstate 182 near Queensgate Drive at around 6:10 p.m. October 21.
According to the WSP, a Ford C-Max crashed into the rear of a vehicle that was slowing down for traffic ahead.
The impact caused a chain-reaction collision involving another vehicle that was also slowing down.
The driver of the Ford, identified as Larry D. Stanley Jr., 56, of Richland, was killed in the crash.
One of the other drivers was transported to a hospital for treatment while another was treated at the scene.
Drugs and alcohol were not believed to be factors in the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
