James Sandall killed in car crash on State Route 24 near milepost 23 in Mattawa
Benton County, WA. – James L. Sandall, 68, was killed in a two-vehicle collision near Mattawa in Benton County on Friday morning.
According to the police, the accident happened on State Route 24 near milepost 23 at around 11 a.m.
Sandall was at the Vernita Rest Area and was attempting to turn left onto State Route 24 when his vehicle was struck by a westbound vehicle.
Sandall, a resident of Yakima, was killed in the accident.
