
Jacksonville, FL. – One person was killed in a car crash on Thursday morning in Jacksonville.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 10:50 a.m. on US-301 north of I-10.
Officers who responded to the scene found a badly damaged sedan and a pickup truck in a ditch. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
One person was killed in the accident.
All northbound lanes of the highway were blocked near Summerfield Lane. The roadway was reopened an hour later.
