Minor Injuries Suffered in Heber Car Crash on Highway 111 near Heber Road

Heber, California (August 2, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a wrong-way multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon in Heber, resulting in minor injuries.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup transpired at about 4:13 p.m. on southbound Highway 111 near E Heber Road.
Four vehicles, including a white Toyota RAV4, a Nissan Rogue, and a Hyundai, were involved in the collision. One of the cars was, for unknown reasons, traveling northbound in the southbound lanes.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to help the motorists.
The crash resulted in minor injuries to an unknown number of parties. An ambulance was requested to offer medical aid to the victims.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
