Fresno, CA – The Fresno County Coroner’s Office identified the man who died after he was struck by a semi-truck on Highway 99 in Fresno as 69-year-old Lloyd Sisemore.
The Fresno resident died at the scene of the crash that happened around 3:40 p.m. on June 10, 2026, on the northbound Highway 99 overpass at Fresno Street.
Sisemore was struck by a semi-truck under unclear circumstances. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fresno, CA – A man died after he was struck by a big rig Wednesday afternoon on a Highway 99 off-ramp in Fresno, authorities reported.
According to Fresno police, the accident was reported just after 3:30 a.m. on June 10, 2026, on the northbound Highway 99 off-ramp to Fresno Street.
A man believed to be in his 50s was walking in a crosswalk on Fresno Street at the top of the off-ramp when he was hit by a big rig.
The victim died from the injuries he suffered in the crash.
The ramp was closed for an investigation by the Fresno Police Department.
