Cesar Ramos-Lliles ID'd as Motorcyclist Killed in Traffic Crash on Juniper Street in San Diego

San Diego, California (August 31, 2021) – The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Bureau has identified the motorcyclist who died Friday night following a traffic collision in San Diego as Cesar Oswaldo Ramos-Lliles, 36, of Chula Vista.
The deadly crash happened at around 10:57 p.m. Friday, August 27, in the 3000 block of Juniper Street.
Authorities said Ramos-Lliles was riding a motorcycle westbound on Juniper Street when he lost control and slammed into the back of a vehicle that was parked on the street.

Ramos-Lliles was pronounced dead at the scene.
