Cerain Baker Killed in Fiery Burbank Car Accident at North Glenoaks Boulevard and Andover Drive in Burbank

Burbank, California (August 4, 2021) – One of the three people killed in a traffic collision in Burbank on Tuesday morning has been identified as Cerain Anthony Raekwon Baker, 21, of Pasadena, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.
The accident occurred at North Glenoaks Boulevard and Andover Drive just before midnight on Tuesday, August 3.
CHP said a Mercedes-Benz, a Volkswagen, and a Kia were involved in the accident.
Cerain Baker Among 3 Killed in Burbank Car Crash
The Volkswagen was split in half due to the impact and it burst into flames. The three occupants of the vehicle were ejected and they were all pronounced deceased at the scene.
A woman in the vehicle was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
After the initial crash, the Kia continued on and slammed into parked vehicles near Glenoaks Boulevard and Birmingham Road. The man who was driving the Kia was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities believe the Kia and the Mercedes were racing when one of them collided with the Volkswagen as its diver was attempting to make a left turn.
The two people in the Mercedes were not injured.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
