According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident was reported at around 5:04 p.m. on SR 104 at the Hood Canal Bridge.
The number of vehicles involved was not specified but authorities said at least two of them collided head-on.
At least one person was killed in the crash.
It's unclear whether there were other injuries in the incident.
Both directions of the Hood Canal Bridge were shut down following the incident.
