The incident took place on West Rosamond Boulevard and 35th Street West at about 8:40 p.m. April 2.
According to the report, an SUV and a sedan were involved in a t-bone crash in front of the Dollar General store.
The SUV driver was reportedly driving recklessly just prior to the accident.
At least one of the vehicles collided with a utility pole.`
The sedan driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
