Galt, CA.– At least one person was injured in a car accident in Galt on Thursday morning, according to a report by the Galt Police Department.
The crash was reported on Ayers Lane and Carol Drive at about 6:25 a.m. August 14.
According to GPD, a pickup truck was traveling at a high rate of speed when it failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a vehicle that was making a turn at the intersection.
The impact caused the truck to roll onto its side.
The man driving the pickup was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Galt Police Department is conducting an investigation into the collision
