Agua Dulce, CA: 2 Seriously Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 14 near Escondido Canyon Road

Agua Dulce, California (September 6, 2021) – Two people were airlifted with serious injuries after being involved in a multi-vehicle collision Friday afternoon in Agua Dulce, the County Fire Department said.

The major injury crash took place on Highway 14 near Canyon Road at approximately 3:49 p.m. on September 3

The circumstances that led to the collision of the four vehicles on the northbound side of the highway were not immediately established at the report time.

Two unidentified people sustained serious injuries in the crash and were flown to an area hospital for medication.

Officials closed down all northbound lanes of the as they investigated and cleared the scene.

The accident remains under active investigation.
