According to the authorities, a vehicle crashed into a light pole and burst into flames.
One occupant was trapped in the vehicle and was extricated by firefighters.
Three parties were transported to a hospital. Two of the patients had serious injuries while the third was in fair condition.
There were no further details on the crash.
The incident is under investigation.
