Chandler, AZ. – Two people were hurt when a construction vehicle was involved in a collision early Wednesday morning in Chandler, the Arizona Department of Public Safety reported.
The wreck occurred around 3 a.m. on the eastbound Interstate 10 near Chandler Boulevard.
According to DPS, a large construction vehicle hit the center freeway wall and overturned onto its side.
The driver and passenger sustained unspecified injuries. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The crash forced the closure of the HOV and the left two lanes for hours.
Crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to clear the early morning incident involving an overturned construction vehicle on I-10 eastbound near Chandler Blvd.
