San Diego, CA. – Two people were hospitalized after a single-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday afternoon in San Diego, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Responding emergency personnel found the car stopped sideways in the HOV lane. A wall near the scene had signs of being struck.
The driver and a passenger of the vehicle were transported to Palomar Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
