Huntington Beach, CA.- A 15-year-old Westminster girl was killed in a crash with a suspected DUI driver on Sunday night in Huntington Beach, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
The incident happened shortly before 8:15 p.m. August 17, in the area of Edinger Avenue and Beach Boulevard.
According to the report, a 44-year-old Santa Ana woman was driving a Honda Accord westbound when she drifted across the center divider and collided head-on with an oncoming Lexus RX.
One of the vehicles also collided with a Lexus GS.
The driver of the Accord and her two passengers, identified as 15-year-old girls, were transported to hospital with major injuries.
One of the teens was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The other two drivers were treated for minor injuries.
According to the police, the driver of the Accord was suspected of DUI.
The incident is under investigation.
