El Cajon, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened Thursday evening in El Cajon, the California Highway Patrol reported.

A black BMW 325 and a blue Chevrolet Malibu were involved in the accident.
First responders found both vehicles blocking the roadway.
One person was transported by paramedics to Sharp Memorial Hospital with major injuries.
