The driver was in a silver Honda Civic when she collided with another car. The female driver hit her forehead on the steering wheel.
The driver of the second vehicle reportedly walked away heading towards the North County Fire Protection District Station 3.
Firefighters and AMR responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
